The Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst at Citibank will be responsible for leading technical efforts on large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of client core business functions and involves collaboration with various teams to identify risks and support application development. The analyst will also participate in design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring best practices are followed. A hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in analyzing application requirements in a related IT occupation.
• Experience building scalable web applications using Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, and Node.js.
• Experience designing and implementing user interfaces for web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience executing projects using established Software Development Methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
• Experience maintaining and optimizing applications deployed on cloud platforms for high availability and scalability.
• Experience architecting and implementing robust, scalable server-side components using JAVA/J2EE, Spring MVC, Struts, REST APIs, and CI/CD.

• Execute work on large scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts while contributing as a technical lead.
• Support end user consultation to identify system function specifications.
• Collaborate with TPMs and engineering managers to identify potential risks to project schedules.
• Participate in design review board activities focused on the design process and best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance based on best practices and in alignment with CTO guidelines.
• Conduct design and code reviews for assigned projects.
• Develop technical plans with clear paths to delivery.
• Communicate technical progress and help mitigate issues and risks.
