• 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Finance, or similar analytical roles
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in data analytics, data visualization, and data preparation using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx
• Experience with Snowflake and Alation is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of SQL and core database concepts
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Experience presenting insights to peers, managers, and executives
• Interest in or exposure to AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning concepts
• A passion for working with large and diverse data sets
• Ability to translate data into concise, tailored insights that drive clear actions
• Curiosity and comfort experimenting with new tools and approaches
