This role involves joining Intel's Networking Solutions Group to work on programmable Infrastructure Processing Units (IPUs) in collaboration with major cloud service providers. The focus is on delivering customized IPU solutions that enhance security, performance, and system management. The candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs and help manage feature requests and debugging processes. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently across diverse stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or master's in electrical or computer engineering, computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in networking fundamentals, including NICs and modern data center protocols.
• Experience with system software stacks and software-hardware interactions.
• Customer-facing systems engineering and debug experience.

• Gain customers' trust and build proofs of concept to meet their needs.
• Serve as the technical resource for customers building complex datacenters and AI infrastructure.
• Prepare and deliver technical content to customers, including presentations and workshops.
• Contribute across the full IPU lifecycle, including board bring up and debugging.
• Define systems implementation and integration solutions to ensure performance and reliability.
