This position involves troubleshooting and resolving production software issues while supporting software applications that enhance the global workplace. Candidates will collaborate with various teams, including Development, Operations, and IT Support, to ensure high-impact production issues are addressed effectively. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and be detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline build processes
• Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, operating systems, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production software issues
• Develop monitoring solutions and perform software maintenance and configuration
• Implement fixes for internally developed code in languages such as Perl, Ruby, C/C++, and JAVA
• Perform SQL queries and resolve technical challenges
• Work alongside development on Amazon Corporate and Divisional Software projects
• Update and enhance current software and automate support processes
• Document systems and processes
