This role is focused on defining AI governance and compliance within Amazon Finance, particularly through the development of the Kompass AI Development Lifecycle solution. The team aims to enforce security and compliance in AI-assisted development while fostering innovation. As part of a supportive team environment, you will engage in mentorship and knowledge-sharing. • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#.

• Design and build scalable components and features for the Kompass solution.
• Develop software on the latest platforms and build analytical workflows.
• Own all aspects of solutions end-to-end through full stack software development.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
