• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience architecting, building, and launching large-scale digital advertising systems and platforms.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience leading full stack engineering or distributed systems teams.
