Job description

The Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst for Growth & Marketing at Robinhood will serve as a key finance partner to the Growth and Marketing teams. This role focuses on financial modeling, analytics, and business judgment to inform investment decisions and drive customer and asset growth. The successful candidate will own high-impact analyses and leadership reporting while modernizing finance processes through automation and AI. The position is based in Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL, with an expectation of in-person attendance at least three days a week.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Ability to take ambiguous questions and develop a clear financial point of view and recommendation.
  • High degree of ownership and independence to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong data and communication skills to work with large datasets and synthesize complex analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Own key Growth Finance reporting and performance management processes.
  • Improve and scale Finance processes through automation and AI.
  • Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to evaluate investments and develop financial recommendations.
  • Build financial models and analyses to evaluate key financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Science, Accounting, Marketing, and Product teams.
