In this role, you will support the Value Package Introduction (VPI) program by investigating issues and recommending solutions from a design perspective. You will apply various design processes and tools to ensure high-quality component and subsystem design. The position involves collaboration with experienced team members and cross-functional experts to communicate design intent effectively. This is an opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to team goals in a dynamic environment.

• Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above is preferred.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 4 to 12 months of commitment.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must currently reside within the continental U.S.

• Contribute to investigating VPI program team or field-based issues and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support the execution of design processes and tools such as iDFMEA, DVA, GD&T, CREO, and ANSYS Workbench.
• Assist in obtaining input from cross-functional technical experts for design review packages.
• Support design decision-making in concept selection and optimization that impacts customer-targeted initiatives.
• Engage in problem resolution for moderately complex components and systems under supervision.
