This role involves analyzing products through simulation and physical testing to develop optimized solutions for various power systems, including IC engines and electric systems. The team focuses on applying knowledge of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics to meet customer and regulatory requirements. Positions available include engineers specializing in combustion, aftertreatment integration, and computational fluid dynamics. The work aims to drive the development of environmentally friendly and competitive products.

• Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above preferred.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 4 to 12 months commitment.
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week.
• Must currently reside within the continental U.S.

• Investigate product, system, and technology problems and recommend actions for resolution or optimization.
• Use understanding of fundamental physics to analyze causal mechanisms and assist with documented problem resolutions.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and colleagues to support project advancement.
• Participate in problem resolution for complex components and systems with a high degree of technical complexity.
• Utilize tools related to thermal and fluid sciences for analysis and modeling.
