In this role, you will investigate product test system and process problems while supporting the improvement of testing processes and tools. You will collaborate with experienced team members to deliver test system requirements and assist in decision-making regarding component selection and calibration processes. This position emphasizes teamwork and the development of technical knowledge in a laboratory environment. You will contribute to team goals and engage in problem resolution for moderately complex components and systems.

• Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university.
• Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 4-months to 6-months or a maximum of a 12-months commitment.
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week.
• Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.

• Investigate product test system and process problems and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support the improvement of processes such as test system specification, design, and validation.
• Assist in obtaining input and negotiation with lab customers, lab technicians, and component suppliers.
• Support decisions in the areas of component selection, calibration processes, and operating processes.
• Engage in the execution of established work processes while developing technology or product knowledge.
