This role involves supporting various functions within a manufacturing environment, focusing on supply chain operations, purchasing, quality assurance, and facilities management. The position requires collaboration with engineering and other stakeholders to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. Interns will gain hands-on experience while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidates will also engage in planning and logistics to meet customer expectations and manage supplier relationships.

• Must be a full-time enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited U.S. college/university.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 or above preferred.
• Must be able to complete a minimum of 4-months to 6-months or a maximum of a 12-months commitment.
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week.
• Must be currently residing within the continental U.S.

• Assist with the planning, design, purchase, and implementation of manufacturing processes.
• Work with engineering to identify product performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Plan and maintain daily supply chain operations in various functional areas.
• Analyze Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Support purchasing system strategy and train internal customers on its use.
• Apply principles of product quality planning and control to support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor building systems and oversee facilities renovation projects.
