The Senior Manager in the Process Solutions and Automation practice at EY will lead large-scale business transformation engagements for financial services clients. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, helping to define transformation strategies and develop enterprise-wide operating models. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial services and substantial experience in leading enterprise transformation initiatives. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge in automation and AI technologies.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in business transformation or operational strategy within Financial Services.
• Deep expertise in one or more Financial Services sectors such as Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, or Capital Markets.
• Experience advising C-suite and senior executive leadership on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation, Generative AI, and digital transformation methodologies.

• Serve as the engagement lead and strategic advisor to executive stakeholders on business transformation initiatives.
• Lead large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Oversee assessment of current-state business capabilities and identify strategic transformation opportunities.
• Shape client strategy for leveraging Intelligent Automation and emerging technologies.
• Lead multiple concurrent client engagements and provide executive oversight for engagement delivery.
