The Application Development, Infra/Platform Asset Management Analyst role at Citi focuses on executing the technology risk and control strategy within the Infrastructure Asset Risk & Governance management function. The position requires a strategic mindset to lead initiatives aimed at proactive risk and vulnerability management while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the Services Technology estate. This role involves managing the lifecycle of IT infrastructure assets and driving governance across technology mandates.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology and over 5 years in IT Risk management or enterprise architecture within a large-scale global enterprise.
• Proven track record of managing programs across enterprise-wide compliance, risk, or remediation programs.
• Experience in managing regulatory and audit engagements while collaborating with Risk & Compliance teams.
• Demonstrable experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive processes for managing IAM governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field is preferred.

• Lead and influence adherence to strategic architecture principles, standards, and policies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee and govern the execution of firm-wide technology mandates working with Risk & Control thresholds and Application lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage processes for identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across the infrastructure asset base.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive processes for tracking, managing, and reporting on all IT infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure assets, including obsolescence, security vulnerabilities, and non-compliance.
• Generate and deliver regular executive-level reports on infrastructure/platform risk exposure, vulnerability remediation progress, and technology mandatory compliance adherence.
• Partner with application stakeholders to communicate and influence adherence to compliance by scheduling remediations and ensuring timely completion.
