As a Senior Network Security Engineer at Apple, you will play a crucial role in designing and improving resilient enterprise network services. You will work within the Infrastructure Services team, which is responsible for managing Apple's global network operations. This hands-on engineering position involves designing multi-profile VPN services, scaling partner connectivity, and implementing intelligent automation to enhance service reliability and security. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the technology supporting Apple's operations runs flawlessly.

• 8+ years of enterprise experience designing, deploying, and operating global network security, routing, switching, remote access VPN, and WAN/SD-WAN architectures.
• Deep firewall and edge platform expertise with hands-on mastery of Cisco ASA / Firepower, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, and Fortinet.
• Proven track record engineering multi-profile SSL and IPsec remote access services and integrating with modern ZTNA/SSE architectures.
• Strong experience integrating network access with enterprise IAM systems such as RADIUS, TACACS+, SAML/SSO, and MFA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Professional-level network security certifications, such as CCNP Security or PCNSE.

• Design and engineer scalable multi-profile VPN services.
• Establish secure connectivity for remote facilities and third-party partners.
• Apply software engineering and automation to evolve systems from reactive troubleshooting to predictive, self-healing platforms.
• Collaborate with software, hardware product teams, and security teams to continuously improve network services.
• Lead large-scale network migrations towards modern Zero Trust and SD-WAN architectures.
