The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position within Citi’s Third-Party Source to Pay Technology team, focusing on managing and implementing core and strategic platforms in the Staffing Office and Supply Chain domain. This role involves liaising between business users and technologists to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. The analyst will work closely with both business and technology teams to support the implementation of corporate SaaS platforms and middleware integration. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to influence strategic decisions.

• 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Experience with all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles
• Experience implementing and managing SaaS platforms like SAP Fieldglass and SAP Concur
• Familiarity with AI/Gen AI tools and technologies

• Implement and support strategic corporate SaaS platforms and middleware integration layers.
• Manage external vendor relationships to ensure compliance with information security and data management policies.
• Provide input during development and implementation phases, including defining systems scope and objectives.
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation options.
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications.
• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and develop process improvements.
• Evaluate new IT developments and recommend systems alternatives or enhancements.
• Provide in-depth analyses to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and mentoring.
• Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
