• BS in any analytical, quantitative, or technical field such as engineering, math, computer science, finance, analytics, or statistics.
• 10 years of experience structuring and leading large, cross-functional, technical or analytical projects/programs.
• Proven ability to drive change through positive influence of co-workers, leadership, and business partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and develop close relationships across SDS and partner team senior leadership.
• Clear, confident communicator who can adapt between technical detail and VP storytelling.

• Establish strategy and drive prioritization of engineering work in alignment with long-term roadmap vision.
• Communicate strategy, success metrics, and progress to both technical teams and up to VPs.
• Lead programs from inception through delivery and ongoing monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships across SDS and partner team senior leadership.
• Drive opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage and propose business-critical metrics in close partnership with technical teams.
• Preempt and mitigate business and technical risks.
• Operate with full autonomy, exercising sound judgment.
