The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on designing, developing, and maintaining UI components for the Prime Brokerage technology platform. This role involves providing technical leadership to an agile development team and ensuring best practices in software development and deployment. The candidate will conduct system analysis, oversee project documentation, and mentor mid-level developers. The primary goal is to enhance software delivery and team efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis role
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality UI components for the technology platform
• Provide technical leadership for an agile development team and champion best practices in CI/CD
• Conduct high-level system analysis and architecture design to align with business requirements
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of project and technical documentation
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle
• Guide documentation efforts and maintain on-call rotations for production support
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers, analysts, and graduates
