• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of programming experience in Frontend Javascript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js, and Java or Node.js.
• 12+ years of experience using SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools.
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and testing frameworks like JUnit.
• Experience working with distributed, global teams.
• Experience with observability and monitoring systems such as Dynatrace or DataDog.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
