Job description
The Senior Manager for Product Management in Apple's Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) team will lead efforts to optimize and centralize global sales processes for the Business & Enterprise team. This role involves overseeing a team of BPR professionals and driving improvements in sales efficiency and customer experience. The manager will collaborate with senior leadership across various departments to identify opportunities and implement transformative changes. The position requires a strategic problem solver with a strong background in sales processes and team management.
Requirements
- Approximately 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Channel Sales, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of B2B Enterprise & Education sales processes.
- 5+ years of proven experience leading and managing teams, including experience managing managers.
- Deep expertise in sales methodologies, sales tools, and the end-to-end sales lifecycle in a global enterprise.
- MBA or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile methodologies.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Working experience with Salesforce platforms.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Operations, or Engineering.
