• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Strong fundamentals in electrical engineering, including analog and high-speed digital design
• Broad experience across different applications and technologies
• Proven track record of leading dynamic multi-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with lab test equipment to debug difficult or intermittent hardware issues
• Familiarity with the challenges of taking a product from early architecture through to production
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Make design decisions that impact product development and user experience
• Collaborate with team members to address system-level issues and drive problems to closure
• Design complex system architectures and analyze solutions for system design trade-offs
• Prototype design and validation with custom silicon
• Utilize scripting languages to assist with hardware development
• Conduct schematic capture and rigid/flexible PCB layout
• Ensure low voltage power regulation and delivery while maintaining signal and power integrity
