The BMS team collaborates across all battery-based Apple products, focusing on both short-term objectives and long-term roadmaps. You will bridge cross-functional teams to translate product needs into requirements for BMS domain teams. This position requires strong leadership skills and multi-disciplinary technology experience.

• BS degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a battery, systems, or related architecture role.
• Experience developing battery management solutions using embedded controllers.
• MS degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with customer interfacing engagement to understand their system, requirements, and problems.
• Experience in collaborative environments with multiple internal and external technology partners.
• Experienced developing engineering requirement specifications for BMS systems.
• Familiar with battery management algorithms and their interaction with hardware, firmware, and application platform systems.
• Familiarity with detailed workings of different battery chemistries and their limitations.
