• Masters degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of cellular, WiFi or GNSS technologies.
• Test automation experience, with Python preferred and fluency with AI tools.
• 3+ years industry experience in RF and/or wireless systems.
• Experience working on physical layer wireless algorithms.
• Strong background in wireless communications.
• Ability to capture and analyze baseband logs to root cause performance issues.

• Conduct wireless performance research to understand the impact of various factors on user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive changes in antenna and wireless algorithms.
• Analyze modem performance, SAR, RF algorithms, and channel conditions.
• Work on system level design and architecture changes to improve wireless performance.
