The Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction management of Apple's corporate and R&D facilities in the US. This position is part of the Places team, which is dedicated to transforming spaces into functional workplaces that reflect Apple's values. The team is focused on sustainability and ensuring that all facilities run smoothly to support Apple employees and customers. The role requires collaboration with various internal and external partners to deliver outstanding workplaces.

• 7-10+ years of construction/project management experience with a demonstrated focus in delivering outstanding workplaces.
• Strong background in commercial/lab/industrial construction including mechanical, electrical, process piping, plumbing (MEP) building systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Construction Management preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25-30%.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.

• Lead construction project teams for Apple's corporate and R&D facilities.
