The Apple Store Online is seeking a Senior QA Automation Architect to join their Operations team. This role focuses on managing quality validation workstreams for the Apple Store Online, Apple Store App, and partner platforms. The mission is to improve the quality of information and experiences for customers while adapting to rapid changes in the digital retail platform. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader passionate about quality and automation, particularly in leveraging AI technologies.

• 7+ years of professional experience in quality engineering with a focus on automation frameworks
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in developing robust, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
• 3+ years of proven ability in machine learning, including hands-on work with LLMs

• Design and build automation frameworks and tools with scalability in mind
• Drive adoption of automation solutions through cross-functional partnerships
• Identify automation requirements and design solutions to address test execution challenges
• Leverage emerging technologies like AI and ML to optimize digital content workflows
• Test AI models for accuracy, robustness, fairness, and performance
