• Experience in design, innovation, research and development, manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment and high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience with process design based on Lean Principles.
• Experience with design-in-safety.

• Evaluate and create physical processing and material handling solutions using new technology and robotics.
• Identify and analyze key operational and financial metrics for program and feature selection.
• Coordinate with systems and operations engineering teams to develop product features.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while effectively communicating with partners.
• Develop models to solve complex problems.
• Design robotic warehouses and facilities.
• Develop and document design standards in conjunction with the wider AR solutions teams.
