The Senior Program Manager will lead Services Finance transformation initiatives at Apple, focusing on modernizing and optimizing systems, workflows, and controls within the finance ecosystem. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including Services Finance and IS&T, to drive technical program management and ensure the financial health of Apple's services. Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in program management, finance operations, systems analysis, or process transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of subscription finance ecosystems, including billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
- General knowledge of core GBS processes such as Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
- Hands-on experience with systems supporting subscription and services finance.
- Proven ability to apply emerging technologies to Services Finance problems.
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal-controls frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in the architectural design and implementation of Financial Systems and ERP solutions.
- Experience distilling complex technical work into clear presentations for senior management.
