• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
• Experience in design, research and development, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.
