• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• Experience in systems engineering
• Experience analyzing dependencies, tradeoffs, and sensitivities across multi-disciplinary systems
• Experience participating in or leading technical collaborations and creating alignment across diverse groups

• Oversee software and hardware development, verification, configuration management, and quality assurance to ensure compliance to Design Assurance Levels and software and hardware development standards.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, presenting strategies and results to senior leadership and operational partners.
