The Product CAD Specialist will join the Engineering team in Stoughton, WI, focusing on enhancing CAD practices and data management. This role involves translating stakeholder requirements into cohesive processes and developing accurate CAD models to support system-level analyses. The specialist will also lead specification development, structured problem solving, and relationship building across teams. A strong emphasis will be placed on clear communication and decision-driven execution to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Significant relevant work experience as a design technician and/or CAD administrator is required.
• Demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and quality decision making is necessary.
• Knowledge of PTC Creo and PTC Windchill PLM/CDM is required.
• Experience using CAD models for analysis, automation, tooling, and inspection is preferred.
• A college, university, or equivalent Associate's degree or certification in an appropriate STEM field is required.
