• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing and developing teams that build or operate large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Experience defining a 12-18 month functional and technical strategy tied to organizational goals.
• Technical experience in public-cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and capacity-management systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional infrastructure programs and communicating tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflow speed and quality.
• Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work.
• High integrity and ownership in protecting sensitive data and accountability for decisions.

• Lead the Capacity Engineering team and establish its functional and technical strategy.
