Job description

The Vice President Software Engineer will lead and mentor a high-performing team of over 10 engineers within Controllers Engineering. This team is responsible for developing solutions to manage the firm's profit and loss, capital, balance sheet, and regulatory obligations. The role involves modernizing the Data Reconciliation Platform into an AI-powered, cloud-native solution that ensures data accuracy and compliance. The position requires collaboration with global agile teams across various regions to deliver innovative financial technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring junior engineers
  • Cloud migration experience, leading complex transformations for legacy systems
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI-powered automations, and prompt engineering concepts
