• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, R2R or FP&A process design.
• Proven experience in the Media & Entertainment sector.
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills.

• Lead end-to-end R2R workstreams across various financial processes.
• Manage FP&A workstreams including strategic planning and budgeting.
• Assess and redesign R2R and FP&A operating models and processes.
• Facilitate design and solutioning workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Translate R2R and FP&A pain points into quantified value cases.
• Coach and develop staff while contributing to proposals and thought leadership.
