Arcadis is seeking an entry-level Civil or Environmental Engineer to join their Resilience Environment team in Milwaukee, WI, starting in June 2027. The role focuses on improving quality of life through environmental assessment and remediation projects. Candidates graduating in May 2027 are encouraged to apply. The position involves working alongside Senior Scientists and Project Managers on various tasks related to emerging contaminants and remediation capabilities.

• Bachelor’s of Science in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• EIT Certification is preferred.
• Master of Science degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Current OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training is preferred.
• Experience with engineering software tools such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS is preferred.

• Assist Project Managers and Task Managers with environmental site characterization and remediation tasks.
• Engage in civil/environmental engineering design including land development planning and hydraulic modeling.
• Prepare permit and construction-level drawings, technical specifications, and cost evaluations.
• Perform fieldwork focused on health and safety, including various sampling and geotechnical investigations.
• Write and prepare technical reports, work plans, and regulatory file reviews.
