Job description

The Manager in the Finance Transformation team at EY will focus on the Power and Utilities sector, working closely with senior leadership to drive sustainable finance initiatives. This role combines finance expertise with program and change management to deliver innovative solutions and improvements. The position emphasizes the design of future-proof operating models and the execution of comprehensive finance transformation programs. The Manager will also engage with clients to provide insights and lead strategic sessions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Typically, 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in consulting and the power and utilities industry is necessary.
  • Experience with P&U specific finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan is essential.
  • Proficiency in business case development and digital strategy is required.
  • Awareness of finance compliance and regulation is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver innovative business processes and solutions for the Power & Utilities sector.
  • Implement and integrate PowerPlan with ERP and EAM systems.
  • Design finance operating models and improve finance processes.
  • Engage with clients regularly, providing valuable insights and leading working sessions.
  • Manage project timelines and track progress.
