The Manager position in Business Consulting at EY focuses on leading technology-enabled Order-to-Cash transformations within the Media & Entertainment sector. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, O2C process design, or revenue operations.
• Proven experience in the Media & Entertainment, TMT, or high-volume consumer revenue sectors.
• Strong executive communication, workshop facilitation, and written deliverable skills.

• Lead end-to-end O2C workstreams across the full taxonomy, including credit and risk approval, billing, and cash application.
• Assess O2C organizations, processes, and technologies to develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Design and implement target operating models for O2C functions, including governance frameworks and performance management capabilities.
• Own business process design deliverables, including process flows and functional requirements.
• Facilitate design and solutioning workshops with client stakeholders to drive decisions and document outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day delivery, including workplan, scope, and engagement economics.
• Translate O2C pain points into quantified value cases to improve revenue and working capital.
• Coach and develop staff and contribute to proposals and sector thought leadership.
