As a Manager in the Procure to Pay (P2P) practice at EY, you will lead transformation initiatives to optimize procurement and accounts payable operations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency, compliance, and supplier collaboration. This role requires a deep understanding of P2P processes and the ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions. You will also mentor team members and support business development activities.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Procure to Pay, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Supply Chain Transformation, or Consulting.
• Experience leading or supporting P2P transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Zip, Oracle Procurement, or similar solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.

• Lead client-facing Procure to Pay transformation engagements and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Assess procurement and accounts payable operations to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Drive transformation initiatives across requisition management, purchase order processing, invoice processing, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Facilitate workshops with procurement, finance, operations, accounts payable, and shared services stakeholders.
• Define future-state business processes, operating models, governance structures, and technology requirements.
