The Core Engineering team is looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of AI-powered capabilities across various enterprise platforms and workflows. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation in functions such as Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will combine business process expertise with strong product management skills to create scalable solutions. They will serve as a subject matter expert in leveraging AI to transform organizational workflows.

• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology roles.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.
• Strong domain expertise in Human Resources, Finance, or Expense Management.
• Proven experience redesigning business processes through technology and AI.
• Ability to identify common business challenges and create scalable solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and translating them into product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.

• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, including discovery and post-launch optimization.
• Establish success metrics and monitor adoption and business impact.
