The position requires a detail-oriented problem solver who can develop effective testing strategies in a micro-services environment.

• Minimum 3 years of SDET experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming and software design skills, preferably in Java or Python.
• Experience leveraging GenAI to build automated UI and non-UI tests for user-facing applications.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Support studies aimed at the discovery, development, and validation of new CRM applications and shared services.
• Develop customer-focused testing strategies in a micro-services context.
• Proactively triage, investigate, and debug backend and UX issues independently and collaboratively.
• Leverage GenAI to accelerate test creation and broaden coverage.
• Organize and plan to estimate, track, and communicate progress effectively.
