• 10+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance or data center experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering registration or 5+ years of experience managing and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience with large-scale technical operations or compute farms.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems for critical infrastructures.

• Lead the overall infrastructure management of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure operational excellence in safety, security, and availability of AWS data centers.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mission-critical data center facility equipment.
• Guide and develop team members while managing complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and operations.
