The Custody Quality Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for enhancing processes and workflows within the operations quality team. This role requires in-depth knowledge of quality issues and their impact on business objectives. The analyst will lead investigations, develop procedural documentation, and provide guidance to junior analysts. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for influencing senior management and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience applying statistical techniques in a business environment
• Experience in creating training guides and training staff on procedures
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent analytical ability and demonstrated project management skills
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
• Experience working with AI use cases and tool sets
• Experience working in Agile frameworks, such as SAFe

• Develop complex procedural documentation, guidelines, manuals, and reports for multiple departments
• Manage investigations of departmental processes and develop procedural documentation
• Advise and influence senior management on broader quality issues with significant business impact
• Provide guidance and training to lower-level analysts
• Evaluate moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact
• Assume informal and formal leadership roles within teams and coach new recruits
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
