Job description

The Global Operations team focuses on building leading-edge technology by partnering with supply chain management and design engineering teams. Candidates will engage in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for system-level challenges in a production environment. The position requires collaboration with suppliers and managing multiple projects to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

  • A Doctorate degree with 0 years of related work experience, a Master's degree with 3 years of related work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related work experience is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in BOM structuring for multidisciplinary products is necessary.
  • Experience in writing procedures to document assembly instructions and production processes is required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct failure analysis reports and investigations.
  • Support the development or replacement of end-of-life or obsolete mechanical parts.
  • Design and develop fixtures to support production.
  • Engage in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drawing generation.
  • Assist in quotation, prototyping, integration, and testing.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve component, yield, and part problems in a timely manner.
