Requirements
- Doctorate degree with no related work experience, Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong background in the design and manufacture of wire harnesses and assemblies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance for system-level challenges in a production environment.
- Knowledge of HW setups, BIOS configuration, and communication protocols.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain system-level challenges in a production environment.
- Design and develop fixtures to support production and write procedures for various processes.
- Conduct failure analysis reports and investigations.
- Develop and write procedures for various processes.
- Manage BOM structuring for multidisciplinary products and engineering change orders.
- Act as the technical authority to resolve escalations and communicate with vendors.
- Manage project timelines and work independently on multiple projects.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
