The analyst is responsible for monitoring risks, producing performance metrics, and maintaining a strong control environment. • 2-3 years of experience in a related role

• Manage day-to-day internal and external client queries
• Support transactional processing activities
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues
• Review interest conditions on active accounts for troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies in interest accruals and reconciliations
• Lead transition and stabilization efforts during service disruptions
• Assist with control, risk, daily activities, and projects as needed
• Provide leadership across internal partners and support areas
• Participate in resolution of system outages to mitigate client impact
• Review internal processes and provide insights for improvement
• Assist in producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly department reports
