This role involves end-to-end ownership of product development, from design to production, utilizing a modern AWS stack. • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

• Design, build, and operate full-stack tools and AI-powered services for network engineers across Amazon sites.
• Develop and improve AI agents that automate operational workflows such as infrastructure debugging and deployment coordination.
• Build and enhance the downtime window management system for Site Operations teams.
• Collaborate with network engineers, systems engineers, and product managers to create scalable, self-service solutions.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and design discussions while identifying service bottlenecks.
