World Wide Engineering & Innovation (WWEI) is looking for a Sr. Process Design Engineer to lead the development of next-generation sortation systems and processes. This role will significantly impact design and engineering initiatives for the North American Sort Center. The ideal candidate will focus on innovation in automated material handling and logistics systems while overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent.
• 5+ years of design and innovation, research and development work experience.
• 5+ years of specialty experience with progressive responsibility.
• Experience designing solutions for large, high-volume sorting operations.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and high-speed manufacturing.
• Experience with design-in-safety.

• Develop comprehensive solutions that optimize equipment specifications and material flow.
• Create efficient process designs and site layouts.
