The Principal Quantitative Analyst will work within the Performance Measurement & Analysis Product Area, focusing on leveraging investment performance and market data to generate actionable insights for key business partners. This role requires a highly analytical individual who can transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights. The analyst will collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, and Strategy to drive data-informed decision-making. The position emphasizes a deep understanding of financial markets and investment performance measurement.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis, investment analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and the asset management industry.
• Knowledge of investment performance measurement and analytics methodologies preferred.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and data visualization skills.
