You will work on a portfolio of GSE products, ensuring both functional and non-functional quality through comprehensive testing strategies. The role requires a hands-on engineer who can set qualification strategies and coordinate testing across complex ecosystems. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance quality outcomes and ensure release readiness.

• 6 years of related hands-on experience in software QA/QE
• 4 years of experience driving quality focused on automation, building tools, and utilities
• 2 years of hands-on programming experience in Java or Python
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
• 2 years of QA/QE experience in Workday is highly desired
• 1 year of software development experience is highly desirable

• Define and drive the test approach and test plans for assigned projects and functional areas
• Own quality outright for application areas and expand existing test coverage
• Conduct both functional and non-functional testing across a complex mobile, desktop, and cloud client/server ecosystem
• Develop utilities and scripts for Workday to automate test data creation and integration validation
• Support defect triage by logging and tracking issues and working with Dev/Integration teams to resolve failures
• Collaborate effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and process owners to drive quality outcomes
