Job description
The SoC DRAM Memory Subsystem Validation and Debug Program Manager will be responsible for driving the readiness of memory subsystems for Apple's custom SoCs. This role involves managing the bring-up, validation, and debugging of high-bandwidth multi-client memory subsystems. The position serves as a critical interface between various teams, ensuring that sophisticated memory technologies meet Apple's quality standards from architecture to mass production. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative DRAM technologies that will be integrated across Apple's product lines.
Requirements
- BS degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in SOC DRAM Memory Design, Validation, Architecture, or Test/Product Engineering.
- Knowledge of high-performance memory subsystems, including SoC memory architecture and DDR controller design.
- Experience shipping high volume DRAMs or SoCs.
- Previous experience working with major DRAM memory vendors.
Responsibilities
- Drive the memory subsystem readiness for custom SoCs.
- Manage the bring-up, validation, and debugging of memory subsystems.
- Interface with DRAM architecture, Memory Controller Design, and software teams.
- Craft the DRAM industry's mobile roadmap.
- Ensure memory technologies are delivered to meet Apple's quality standards.
