Job description
The SoC DRAM Memory Subsystem Validation and Debug Program Manager will lead the memory subsystem readiness for Apple's custom SoCs. This role involves managing the bring-up, validation, and debugging of high-bandwidth multi-client memory subsystems. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the delivery of sophisticated memory technologies that meet Apple's quality standards. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative DRAM technologies across Apple's product lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in SOC DRAM Memory Design, Validation, Architecture, or Test/Product Engineering.
- Knowledge of high-performance memory subsystems, including SoC memory architecture and DDR controller design.
- Experience shipping high volume DRAMs or SoCs.
- Previous experience working with major DRAM memory vendors and validating DRAM devices is a plus.
- Strong debugging skills and a proven track record of resolving critical problems under pressure.
- Ability to understand complex technical discussions and extract actionable plans.
- Excellent leadership and social skills.
Responsibilities
