As an Engineering Manager at Robinhood, you will lead the development of critical infrastructure for Agentic applications across various products. You will guide the engineering team in utilizing Large Language Models to create scalable products that act on behalf of customers and employees. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong software engineering background and expertise in applied machine learning. You will work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Security to ensure that agents operate within a regulated environment.

• 10+ years managing software engineers with a proven track record of hiring and developing talent.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Model systems and production deployment.
• Experience in running consumer-scale production services, including SLOs and on-call responsibilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and create focused roadmaps with measurable goals.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with engineers, product teams, and executives.

• Build and lead the team responsible for Robinhood's agentic applications.
• Set the technical direction for agent orchestration and tool integration.
• Ensure agents are trustworthy to act in a regulated brokerage environment.
• Own production reliability for systems running on third-party model providers.
• Define and track key metrics related to task completion, quality, and latency.
